Conventions and Corporate Meetings
Support for Homegrown Regional/International Conventions and Domestic Corporate Meetings
Package
One (1) Full-day meeting package at a campaign partner's venue.
Criteria
The support package is exclusive for corporate meetings, association meetings or conferences with a minimum of 120 delegates/participants which consists a minimum of 10% regional or international delegates/participants.
Minimum of two (2) full event days.
For conventions, the organisation applying for support must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia or Registry of Societies of Malaysia and an active national association, professional conference organiser, association management company or a registered corporate company.
For corporate meetings, the organisation applying for support must be a Malaysia-based registered corporate company.
Event must be held at participating campaign partner's venue.
Application must be received by Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) at least thirty (30) days prior to the event date.
Terms and Conditions
Payment for meeting package will be made directly to the venue after event completion.
This offer is not valid with any other MyCEB campaign or support.
Campaign is valid until December 2022 and subject to availability.
Provision of a "Request for Support Letter" from the corporate company, i.e. end user.
All participating campaign partners need to comply with the post COVID-19 safety measures advised by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

Terms and Conditions
Applicable to professional exhibition organisers, trade associations and event management companies.
Support is for hosting of new and existing trade or semi-trade exhibitions.
Application must be received by Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) at least three (3) months prior to the event date.
Require a minimum of two (2) full event days at a purpose-built convention venue.*
Support item is only applicable for new trade or semi trade exhibition.*
All participating campaign partners need to comply with the post COVID-19 safety measures as advised by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
This offer is not valid with any other MyCEB campaign or support.
Campaign is valid until December 2022 and subject to availability.
Financial support is claimable after completion of event with complete submission of documentation within stipulated time subject to approval.

Criteria
The support packages are exclusive for Malaysia-based registered corporate companies.
Application must be received by Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) at least thirty (30) days before the event.
Minimum of two (2) night's stay at a participating campaign partner's hotel.
Minimum group size of 30 participants.
Not valid for domestic corporate meeting and incentive groups which are attending conferences or exhibitions organised during the same period.
The support level consideration is according to the actual number of confirmed participants and availability.
Terms and Conditions
Applicable for new bookings at a participating campaign partner's hotel.
Validity: Based on first-come, first-served basis.
Package A: Minimum of 30 participants with a minimum booking of 15 rooms.
Package B: Minimum of 60 participants with a minimum booking of 30 rooms.
Package C: Minimum of 150 participants with a minimum booking of 75 rooms.
Full-day city tour with English-speaking guide activity to be within the city area of the respective corporate meeting or incentive programme destination. The tour will be operated by a MyCEB destination management company partner. Other expenses such as refreshments, entrance fee and tip for guide and driver are by own arrangement.
Sponsorship of one (1) dinner at MyCEB's partner restaurant, not inclusive of beverage during the dinner.
Sponsorship for one (1) full-day meeting package must have minimum of two (2) full-day meeting at campaign partner's hotel.

Campaign is valid until December 2022 and subject to availability.

Criteria
The organisation applying for support must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia or Registry of Societies of Malaysia and an active national association, professional conference organiser, association management company or a registered corporate company.
Must be a paid event whereby registration fees must be collected from delegates.
Application need to be received by Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) at least three (3) months prior to the event date.
Must have a minimum of two (2) full event days.
Must comprise a minimum of fifty (50) registered delegates.
Financial support is claimable after completion of event with complete submission of documentation within the stipulated time.
Terms and Conditions
Reimbursement of travel arrangements for invited speakers or paper presenters will be made directly to the organiser after event completion.
Payment for venue subsidy will be made directly to the venue by MyCEB after completion of event.
This offer is not valid with any other MyCEB campaign or support.
Campaign is valid until December 2022 and subject to availability.
All participating campaign partners need to comply with the post COVID-19 safety measures advised by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

Support is exclusive for hosting of new homegrown trade or semi-trade exhibitions with a minimum of:
a. Two (2) days event duration.
b. 1,500 sqm gross space.
c. 800 local trade visitors.
Terms and Conditions
All applicants must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
Application must be received by Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) at least three (3) months prior to the event date.
All payment to supplier will be made directly by MyCEB under the Let’s Meet Locally partnership programme.*

∙ Two (2) x coffee breaks with three (3) snack items
∙ One (1) x lunch
∙ Basic meeting amenities and basic audio/visual equipment
Financial support is claimable on reimbursement basis upon event completion including submission of supporting documentation in accordance with reimbursement guidelines.

Criteria
The support packages are exclusive for Malaysia-based registered organisation and educational institutions.
Applications must be submitted thirty (30) days before the event. However, an application submitted less than a month is subject to Management’s approval.
Minimum of one (01) full day event.
Minimum event size of thirty (30) participants.
Financial support will be claimable after the event with the complete submission of documentation and within the stipulated timeline
Terms and Conditions
Reimbursement will be made directly to the organiser after event completion.
Payment for venue subsidy will be made directly to the venue by MyCEB after completion of event.
