The KL Tigers International Junior Rugby Tournament 2026, held from 7 to 8 February 2026 at Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort Kuala Lumpur, delivered an action-packed showcase of youth rugby, bringing together 7,660 attendees including 2,500 international participants with total expenditure of RM10.3 million.
Organised by Malaysian Rugby Association annually, the tournament featured over 190 teams across 14 age divisions, highlighting emerging talent and fostering regional sporting excellence. Sanctioned by international rugby bodies, the event reinforced Malaysia’s growing reputation as a dynamic host for international sporting events while driving tourism impact, youth development, and global sporting engagement.
