MALAYSIA STRENGTHENS GLOBAL BUSINESS EVENTS POSITION AT THE MEETING SHOW ASIA PACIFIC 2026

SINGAPORE, 14 April 2026: The Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), an agency under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC), will be participating in The Meetings Show Asia Pacific (TMS APAC) 2026, held at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore, as part of its continued efforts to position Malaysia as a leading Business Events destination in the Asia Pacific region.

The Meetings Show Asia Pacific 2026 is expected to attract over 290 global exhibitors, nearly 1,800 attendees, and approximately 600 qualified hosted buyers, with representation from more than 70 countries worldwide. The platform brings together international meeting planners, association representatives, corporate buyers, and exhibition organisers, providing a strategic marketplace for business networking and collaboration.

Participation in this event offers Malaysia a valuable platform to engage directly with key decision-makers across the Asia Pacific region, while showcasing the country’s convention and exhibition infrastructure, destination offerings, and industry capabilities.

Through its presence at TMS APAC 2026, MyCEB aims to reinforce Malaysia’s standing within the global Business Events ecosystem, highlighting its world-class infrastructure, strategic geographic location, and comprehensive value proposition as a gateway to Southeast Asia.

The platform also enables Malaysian industry partners to connect directly with international corporate planners and associations seeking destinations for Business Events, thereby supporting long-term industry growth and sustainability.

In addition, the Malaysian delegation will feature interactive engagement initiatives designed to attract buyers and foster meaningful connections with global industry stakeholders.
